What Is the Webster Technique?

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment designed for pregnant women. It focuses on the sacrum and pelvis — helping to reduce tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments and restore balance to the pelvic area.

When the pelvis is balanced and the nervous system is functioning well, the body is better able to do what it was designed to do. While chiropractors do not turn babies, the Webster Technique helps create the optimal pelvic environment that supports proper baby positioning — which is why many midwives and OBs refer their patients to us when breech presentation is a concern.

Both Dr. Pam and Dr. John are trained to do the Webster Technique and have extensive experience working with pregnant patients at every stage.
